I haven't updated for awhile... sorry!! Decided to log onto today and let you all know what has been happening in my world.
My liver disease has been flaring up and I'm now on steroids. Hopefully for not too long. My appetite is terrible!! I will go back on the azathioprine in a few weeks. I had an appt with the IVF clinic and once my liver settles it will be back on with treatment. Exciting times for us.
I celebrated my 1 year in remission on August 22nd. Although my chemo ended end of July 2012 I was in and out having various tests and scans. My health is better and I have regular blood tests at the hospital. I'm under the radar now and everything is being monitored.
I'll sign off and promise to keep updating this!!

Update...28th April 2013
I was just thinking the other day that I haven't been on my blog and updated and sort of closed my cancer chapter..
Well here goes since my post last August 2012... I have had lots of appts in and out of doctors and hospital clinics. Please to say I'm doing well and every day I feel so much better. The cancer must have been growing in me for years.
As you know Dave and I got married. It was my year anniversary of the first chemo, crazy where 365 days went!! We had a lovely day and I managed stay awake until 2am!! We flew to Paris on April 1st for 5 days. We walked and walked to see the sights.
My hair is a nightmare.. very curly and worse on windy days! I know it will grow but its just taking awhile!! Short hair isn't really me. I know everyone else likes it but I just feel weird!
I recently took voluntary redundancy and have now decided to take up a course in teaching assistant/ This starts in September and I'm looking forward to a new start in something rewarding!!! I have found a school willing to take me on one day a week voluntary. It will be great to experience life in the class room.
I hope your all well and I'll sign off and perhaps update again sooner than last time.
